500 words and $200 Entry Fee Equals a New Home for One Lucky Winner!

In this down market…it takes creativity to sell a house. Cheri Sullivan from Lake Elsinore, CA bought her 3700 square foot home with an unbelievable master retreat and professional landscaping in the boom of the real estate market and is now unable to sell this beautiful home because of the downturn in the real estate market.  She then decided on a different strategy, one that she heard of 25 years ago, giving the home away in an Essay Contest.

To enter the essay contest, send an essay of 500 words or less on why you think you should own this home along with the $200 entry fee to California Dreaming Home Essay Contest P.O. Box 157, 18285 Collier Ave., Suite K, Lake Elsinore, CA 92530.  The essays will be judged by three independent judges.  We suggest that you enter as early as possible to increase your odds at winning this great home because the entries are limited to 7,000. Include your name, mailing address, phone number and email, a cashiers check or money order made payable to California Dreaming Home Essay contest. 

Deadline is July 30, 2008.  The winner will be notified by August 11, 2008.
